Very disappointing experience. I picked up the vehicle at 8:45 p.m., when it was too dark to clearly identify a hairline windshield crack. Upon inspecting the vehicle in daylight the next morning, I discovered the crack and immediately reported it to the host through Turo messages. No rock or debris struck the windshield while the vehicle was in my possession.
Despite my prompt reporting, the host held me responsible and pursued a damage charge. I also noticed a discrepancy between the invoice amount and the transaction receipt, which raised further concerns about the charges.
I documented and reported what I found in good faith, including other existing damage. Being blamed after doing so made this rental frustrating and stressful. Based on how this issue was handled, I would not rent from this host again.

Guest is lying. He broke the Windsheild and and we show him proof of photos taken on Turo app that it wasn’t broken when picked up vehicle. Didn’t wanna pay.
