The drop off was later than scheduled. A row of seats were removed. This is different than the previous time I used this companies vehicle. There needed to be a specific email or text identifying that this vehicle no longer has seating for 10 people.

Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Vechicle was bit dirty from both inside and outside. The van seemed to have some mechanical issues, there was a noise coming from one of the wheels.

I recently rented a 9-passenger Mercedes Sprinter van for a family trip to Yosemite, and it was the perfect choice for our group of 9.

It was a refreshing change from typical rental experiences!
The van performed great on the highways and winding roads leading into Yosemite, with good fuel efficiency for such a big vehicle. We had zero issues the whole trip, and it made exploring the park with the family so much easier—no splitting up into multiple cars.

Car was good. Service was great.
