The vehicle has a very strong odor of smoke which ended up giving me a migraine the entire time I was driving also the trunk is broken and there’s holes in the seat from the smoking.

This is my first time unfortunately having an issue with the host and the car I rented. I rented the car for a day trip and once I got on the freeway the car started shaking continuously , I did not have any other transportation options so the car had to due. Also it started to make weird noises when being driven. The inside of the car wasn’t very appealing and had cigarette burns on the seat. The host was unprofessional with me when I cancelled my second day because I did not want to end up with the car broken down or something else. He also sent me rude comments, was not helpful or kind and was contradicting the description of the car. Please be careful when renting out from this host.
The car was checked before and after by a certified mechanic.. no shaking and the vehicle didn’t need anything.
You just wanted a discount on the rental. We offered you to return it early and change it with another vehicle and you refused.
We offered you to return the vehicle by the end of the first 24 hr for refund, you also refused. If you read all the other comments, you will see that you are the only one who says that I wasn’t helpful. Some people just are beyond help… pun intended.
