Car quality was fine, but the car was not at the airport for pickup- had to wait for an uber to pick us up, take us to a different location, lost a kindle in all the confusion, and the only communication received from renter was “ I don’t know what you want me to do?
We came in from Montgomery, Al. And what I wanted was the car to be where it was supposed to be….it was just a disappointing experience.
I dont know what you want me to in regards to the Kindle that you lost. I told you I had a family emergency and cannot drive the car over to SFO. That’s why I was able to pay for an Uber for you so you don’t have to worry about the cost. I communicated that I couldn’t drop off the car at SFO numerous times prior if you checked your messages. And you could’ve canceled it, but you did not even look at your messages when I sent them to you.Its not my fault when you lost something getting to the car
