I’m disappointed by this review because the windshield chip occurred during this guest’s trip. After inspection, the chip was determined to be a minor surface chip that does not require repair and does not affect the vehicle’s safety or drivability. The vehicle has continued to operate without any issues. While I understand the guest wanted to mention it, the damage was caused during the rental rather than being a pre-existing condition.
Excellent rental experience. First time using Turo, so glad I didn’t experience any issues.
