Issue with battery led to hours of vacation to be lost waiting for tow truck to jump the battery and many Ubers to get to the location the battery stopped working.
Not due to the lights or something else being left on because the car was running for a 20 minutes ride before it was parked to grab a coffee for 5 mins and the battery would not start.
Turo service took many calls and an hour total to sort out.
For a three day rental, we lost a full half day trying to solve the problem.
This guest left the light on causing battery to drain. The vehicle operated without issue for the first two days of your rental. When the battery was discharged, roadside assistance was arranged immediately. After the vehicle was jump started, it started and drove normally for the remainder of the other 2 days trip and was returned without any further battery related issues. We thoroughly inspected the vehicle after your rental and found no battery or charging system failure.
