The interior was not cleaned very well. Cup holders were really dirty

The car was a last minute switch to the closest model of the original booking which was of lower quality and a few cosmetic flaws and the reasoning being the original car was not fully operational for travel.
Slightly upset over that but it is what it is. They handled the situation to their best ability and were very flexible and cooperative.
Would double check/confirm for future rentals as I would and will still rent from them.
