La propietaria del auto me exigió devolver el auto en el estacionamiento de green lot, lo cuál es muy impractico con las maletas y el calor insoportable qué hace. Además, la app me daba 4 diferentes opciones para el drop off, pero ella estaba muy insistente que tenia que ser en el green lot, si no, aplicaría una multa de $99, no sé de dónde sacó eso. Otro detalle, el estacionamiento me cobró $22 dólares, no entiendo por qué tengo que yo cubrir eso. En fin, estoy completamente insatisfecho, la próxima vez mejor rentó directamente en el aeropuerto.

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify that the Green Economy Lot return location was communicated clearly in multiple messages before your trip ended. The location was not changed or communicated inconsistently. I understand it may not have been convenient, especially with luggage and the Texas heat, but the return instructions were provided in advance. Turo also refunds for parking fee, parking fee was not 22$.
