I rented the Toyota from August 28th through September 11th, and I genuinely had such a great experience. I was dealing with trying to find and purchase a new vehicle, so I wasn’t always sure exactly how long I would need the rental. They were incredibly gracious and flexible, allowing me to extend the rental day by day while I figured everything out.
Their communication was amazing the entire time. They were always very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I also had a vacation planned right after getting the rental, and they were able to get the vehicle delivered to me incredibly quickly. They delivered it Friday night, and I was leaving Saturday morning, so that really saved me and took a lot of stress off my plate.
The Toyota itself was great to drive. I especially loved the sunroof, and the gas mileage was fantastic, which was really helpful considering how much driving I was doing during the time I had it.
Overall, they helped me out tremendously during a really stressful situation, and I’m extremely grateful for how accommodating and professional they were. I would absolutely rent from them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and great communication.
