Roaches in the car from the moment of pick up
All lights turned on in the car
Host never cared kept telling me it’s not there fought and all this
But who’s Fault had a damage lock box took us forever to open called
Them for help they said I have to wait 30mins for them. Very unprofessional sent them videos and pictures of everything. Food in the car wet microfiber towels full of roaches
Had this car for two days says u have 2200 miles with this car and it’s a lie most horrible experience ever. Mind u we are on a military base this is so embarrassing

We’re sorry this trip did not meet expectations. The vehicle experienced an unexpected mechanical issue that could not have been anticipated, and we responded once notified. The car was inspected before the trip with no pest issue present, and no prior guest had reported one. After the vehicle was returned, we took it out of service for a thorough inspection and is since operating smoothly.
The car was in good condition. Very reliable vehicle to get you where you need to go. Great A/C. Pick up location is very easy to spot. Ryan
