The host messaged that he’d drop off the car at the airport the day before I was scheduled to pick up the car. Our flight arrived in the afternoon I let him know in advance I didn’t want to pay unnecessary parking expenses and he replied “it’s within 24 hrs.” After arriving at the airport he texted the parking fees would be between $11-$20 for offsite parking. This was disappointing since according to the sign the first few hrs cost only $3. I messaged him about dim headlights which were very concerning for nighttime driving and the brake light wouldn’t go off even after releasing the parking brake & the backup camera doesn’t work.
I was instructed to leave the car in the same off site parking lot and had no idea where that was since we took a shuttle to its location. Upon returning the vehicle a construction sign was blocking the “ green lot” sign but fortunately a bus driver showed us where the lot was located. A diagram or instructions on how to get to the lot would have been helpful.
