Poor communication while trying to pick up car. Didn’t text me detailed info on how to pick up car / keys were in cup holder car opened but customer didn’t tell me that. Would be great if he / she is a little more clear. The car was a bit dirty as well and cleaned it before I started driving it.

The vehicle will be prepositioned. Keys will be placed in the cupholder.
Which was followed by the additional rental details.
Additionally, the vehicle sat in the rain for 2.5 hrs as you did not pickup at your requested time slot.
