The vehicle pickup went smoothly. The vehicle pickup process went smoothly, but unfortunately, I experienced unexpected mechanical issues during the rental. Despite the inconvenience, the host was extremely understanding, responsive, and accommodating. They allowed me to return the vehicle early and reimbursed me for the unused portion of my rental. I did still gladly give them five stars because unexpected mechanical issues can happen, and what matters most is how they are handled. The host was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service. I would absolutely rent from them again in the future!
