Upon pick up car was not ready or at pick up destination … they ended up asking to resubmit my DL right before pick up so I’m not sure if that is why but I waited over 30 minutes for the car to be delivered . Other than that car drive great

My apologies if the trip was not to your expectation. We strive to do our best however key elements are needed per Turo policy. DL resubmission was requested because initial photos were illegible. I cannot let you have the car without properly verifying license info per Turo policy. keeps guests and hosts in compliance. Also the vehicle was ready, location wasn’t shared due to license verification hick up and as i recall, you didn’t go to the correct parking lot in the first place.
Car was awesome; host was very responsive to communication.

Back tire on passenger side had to be inflated. Might be a slow leak. Otherwise the car worked fine
