We're sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations. When you reached out about changing the pickup location to the airport we responded promptly and explained that we no longer offer airport delivery and provided the available pickup information. We understand this is different from your previous experience with us as we have since changed our delivery options. We appreciate your feedback and wish the best on your future travels.

The Kia K4 is a great car—I really enjoyed driving it. Daniel was responsive and communicated quickly throughout the rental. The pickup and drop-off process couldn't have been easier. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent from him again!
