I’ve been asking for a refund , never used the car . I would like to be given a refund for not using car , I can’t get anyone to call me . only texting me to pick up car now texting to return a car I never used, minus ➖ ⭐️. that’s a zero stars for lack of communication
This is regarding an issue with Turo and not my services. Renter advised she was misled by an Agent about the location of the car. I have the address included on the listing so I am confused how someone mis led her. As well I provided renter with contact information to Talk to Turo about refunds as hosts do not have capabilities to process refunds. I suggest reading the details including the location before booking. Turo controls refunds, not the host.
