The vehicle itself drove fine, but my overall experience was disappointing. The car had a noticeable cigarette smoke odor at pickup, which I reported immediately, but the issue was never acknowledged or addressed. Communication throughout the trip was minimal, and when unexpected circumstances required multiple extensions and coordination, I felt largely left on my own to figure things out. While fees and charges were enforced promptly at the end of the trip, the concerns I raised as a renter did not seem to receive the same level of attention. Overall, I would have appreciated better communication, more responsiveness, and a greater effort to address issues that were reported at the beginning of the rental.
