They are charging me to park the car and now they are charge me that the car is in the back in lot but because we had to pay to get the car out of the lot now it thinks we park car help they are charging me for your car
Hi Timothy, we're sorry for the confusion. Airport delivery and parking fees are separate. Parking is set by the airport and paid at exit, not charged by us. We do not add unexpected fees and follow Turo policy. Please contact Turo support so they can help clarify and resolve any concerns.
