This was my very first time using Turo. Overall, a great experience! We did have an issue with the initial pickup of the car but this was not at the fault of the host. The Ford Motors app was down and caused an issue with accessing the vehicle. This was quickly resolved by the host. He came to the airport and gave us access to the car in person! This was greatly appreciated! As far as issues with the driving experience, I hate to even complain because it was absolutely great! The only thing I want to mention is the small back windows manage to get wedge and do not close all of the way unless pressure is applied to the window as it is being rolled up. This was a very minor issue and would not make me think twice about renting the car again! I would recommend this rental to anyone and would absolutely take advantage of the opportunity again when in San Antonio!

Original price was fair for the car, however, ‘after’ booking it I’m then presented with the fact that I need to purchase additional insurance. Not cool! Exact instructions for pick up location were gone at last minute after arriving at airport with poor WiFi and difficulty getting the Turo app to work. Exact drop off instructions weren’t sent until 3am the morning of my flight which contradicted the instructions left by Turo a day prior, and which I didn’t have time to read until after I’d already dropped it off. On several levels communication was poor.
