Car was wonderful, had a great experience overall. Only negative is he wouldn’t work with us on moving the drop off and pickup location. Ended up having to spend a ton to uber. Make sure your trip is confirmed at its location upon booking.
Thank you again for your feedback, Brittany. Every Turo host has different delivery settings and travel radius limits. Pickup and drop-off locations, along with delivery fees, must be selected during booking. Since the request was made after booking and outside the 24-hour cancellation window, changes were unfortunately not possible, as hosts can face penalties for cancellations or modifications at that stage. Great experience overall. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and drove perfectly with no issues during my trip. Pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I really enjoyed driving it.
