The car was a little damaged at pickup, i didn’t notice until after i got to my location but I did notify host which she informed me a previous guest had hit a curb on the bumper

Just so everyone knows, we've used turo multiple times. When we got to the car, it was very dirty. Inside and out. And as I began to take pictures, I realized that it has front end damage and the attempted repair seems like it was DIY. This was not portrayed in the profile of the car. Compared to my previous turo experience, the host is a little slow to respond.

Hi Brian, I’m so sorry for any trouble! The bumper was never DIYed—this car sits low, and sometimes guests bump it loose. If I sent it to the shop each time, it’d never be available, so I pop it back in myself when it happens. I washed it before drop-off at the airport, but August Utah rain got it dirty again. I messaged about delivery and fees the day before but didn’t hear back or got a read notification, so I tried contacting you. I truly do my best, though some things are out of my control.
Car was great! Just needed car at location when expected and more responses from owner.
