Unfortunately the car broke down and we were stranded for close to 3 hours. The battery was very old and wouldn’t hold a charge.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience during this trip. As soon as I was notified, I left work to assist in person and worked to resolve the issue quickly. The cause was an unexpected alternator failure, which has since been fully repaired along with a new battery. I take maintenance seriously and respond quickly when issues arise. The vehicle is now in excellent condition and ready for future trips.
The car worked great! It was very clean, drove smooth, and communication with the house was easy.
