The car was great and ran perfectly. Driving it was very simple, intuitive, and easy. We were able to do everything we needed without any problems.

This car was a nightmare for me! Booked and picked up an hour later but only had maybe half a charge, I was told it would go 240 miles easily on a charge. The entire 550 mile trip the car drove half what it said it would. Required charging full every 120 miles! I asked for a charger to take and they forgot to include it. There is a whine in the rear fairly loud, the exterior and interior are fairly worn and beat up. Will never rent a Tesla again.
Jacob booked 1.5 hrs before his trip and demanded pickup within 5 mins, I explained the car wasn’t fully charged; he said he had a supercharger next to his home. He asked for a portable charger but left without it, said it wasn’t needed anymore. He complained about being in remote Utah without chargers, blaming me for his poor planning. He made false claims due to his unawareness about Teslas. No other renter ever had these issues, as seen by my other consistent 5-star reviews for the same car!
