We hate to leave only 2 stars, the host was great and easy to communicate with however… the Tesla itself was disappointing. It was advertised as a “long range” (said it was about 310 miles) however we quickly realized into our trip we were only getting about 100-150 miles (MAX) in driving range and we had to stop to charge every hour to hour and a half. We understand it’s an older Tesla but it seems like false advertising to claim it’s a long range and NOT put a disclaimer that the battery on this isn’t the best unfortunately.

Hey Leena, the EPA rating is 310 but real world usage (especially when driving on the highway) is around 200-250, and, of course, you cannot drive the car to 0 so it will be more like 150-200 miles of actual driving per charge. Sorry about your experience! The state of health of this battery is actually pretty close to new!

Great experience! The Tesla was clean, comfortable, and really fun to drive. Everything worked perfectly, pickup and drop-off were easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
