I paid for prepaid EV charging, which according to turo website, they are not allowed to request reimbursement for. Yet they still request it, even after I showed them the turo policy on turo website.

The client clearly doesn’t understand how prepaid fuel/Charging works. Prepaid fuel/charging allows you to bring back the car at any fuel level. It does not cover on trip fuel/charging.
