Kia •
Pros: the owner (company) was communicative and helped with pickup. The car drove well.
Cons: Vehicle was dirty when we picked it up, and had a TPMS (low tire air) light on. It also had low washer fluid which I had to top up. It was delivered at 77% battery charge. Vehicle was clearly not cleaned (interior was dirty, trunk had dog hair, and steering wheel was sticky). The vehicle has dents and a cracked windshield.
For the price, this is fine. I do expect a clean car without issues upon arrival, though.
Kia, thanks for the feedback. We’re glad communication and pickup went smoothly and that the car drove well. The vehicle was cleaned before delivery, and we do not allow pets in our cars. We do wish these concerns had been brought up during the trip so we could’ve helped address them in real time rather than only afterwards
