Five stars. Great communication from Matt. The vehicle was easy to find, and the parking lot was simple to navigate. The Nissan was exactly what we needed to complete our trip in Salt Lake City. Car was decent considering only issues. Lights are very dim windshield wipers aren't gray and the smell wasn't wonderful

I’m sorry the car wasn’t perfect for you. There’s a little magical button on the dashboard that you could have simply turned to solve the dimmer problem, or perhaps you could have also asked me. Next time you rent a car, instead of making the terrible mistake of renting a 9YO one just to save money, try paying a little more to get a brand-new one from another host on the platform. I guarantee you’ll get the amazing new-car scent you expected, along with zero issues with the wipers.
