Pick up and drop was really easy. Host was great in communication and working out a plan with me. Car worked fine - just what I needed for the day.

This rental was the easiest of all the ones I've had. They dropped off at my location before the requested time and were flexible with my change request.

No clear instructions when arriving that car was unlocked and where he was. Moove trax app wasn't working. Reservation wasn't linked. Speakers are blown out. Whistling on driver side of car while driving.

Vehicle worked with no real problems. Drive good, gas mileage was good. Vehicle is older and pretty worn but not bad. USB port didn’t work, wasn’t a big deal. There is a dash cam that records all the time which isn’t a problem but it records the audio in the vehicle which I that was strange, especially because it wasn’t mentioned in the description that I was going to have all my phone conversations recorded.
