Very convenient pick up location! Communication was top notch.
Unfortunately, I can’t give a 5 star review due to check engine light being on due to oil change needed and overall cleanliness of the car was pretty disappointing and the washer fluid is empty.
I communicated my concerns and received a quick apology response from Jay stating he would address my concerns and apologized. All in all would still give them a 2nd chance on a future rental.
