The car and overall service were excellent—I had a great experience. The exterior was dirty, and the interior hadn’t been cleaned recently, though it wasn’t truly “dirty.”
In the future, a quick heads-up if the car is being delivered unclean would be appreciated. Otherwise, everything was smooth and enjoyable.

We were off to a rocky start but ultimately my first ever Turo experience was saved by the customer service and the M3 was a fun upgrade, Nice recovery LA

Car was delivered close to an hour late with no communication until I sent multiple messages. Car was filthy inside and out, crumbs in seats, dirty floor, filthy exterior, smelled like food inside. When I reached out to company response was “we are sorry to hear that”. Completely unacceptable.
