The host cancelled this trip 9 hours before it started. This message was automatically posted by Turo.

I was not able to pick up the car because the host listed the wrong pickup address. When I got there and did not see the car, I messaged them.. they informed me it was actually at a different address. At this point it would have made me about 30 minutes late to make arrangements to get the car at the new location. I informed them that I could not pick it up, but they charged me anyway - including over $30 in 'incidentals' when I didn't even use the car. I have been messaging back and forth for over a week and they are refusing to take responsibility. Don't rent from these guys.
