The car itself was great, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the customer service was a different story.
The booster seat I requested for my 5 year old wasn’t provided, leaving me scrambling to figure out how to safely transport my daughter.
What made it worse was how the issue was handled. Over the course of my 3 day rental, I went back and forth with four different co-hosts about the missing booster seat. Everyone was quick to apologize, but the responses felt generic. No one took ownership or offered a real solution. I eventually had to borrow a car seat from a family friend.
I understand mistakes happen, but when it involves a child’s safety, I expect more than apologies. The lack of ownership and effort to actually fix the problem was unacceptable. Great car, but if you’re traveling with kids, I’d look elsewhere.
