The car was great and staff was courteous, but it was delivered 40 minutes late and not exactly clean. Company has the potential to be a 5 star company, but when a situation arises where they inconvenience the customer, they need to be willing to offer a reasonable consideration such as a mileage extension or discount on another rental for example. I’m not sure if I would rent from them again.
