Everything was seamless from start to finish. The car was very clean and charged, the instructions were thorough, and the convenience made an otherwise not-so-pleasant funeral trip an absolute joy. Great car and easy process

Resla needs to check the cars and reset the settings to what makes sense for the most people. I had to buy window wiper fluid and pour the entire bottle into the car. The software settings in this car were like opposite of the settings on my Resla rental one month ago. Tesla software is almost unusable for someone who doesn’t have the user manual (Tesla assumes you DO have it) so it falls on Resla to set the car to the appropriate settings and should also procide a one sheet quick guide to things like door locks, navigation voice, physical controls on the steering wheel, and a few other common basics. You can’t rent these cars out WITH ZERO INSTRUCTIONS.

Overall, the car operated as expected, except for a couple of mishaps. 24hr Customer service is reliable so to say. Being a Tesla owner, I knew what to expect with base distance, but this car seems to shut down randomly when stepping out of the car. I know how to reset the system from past experience, but it was truly an inconvenience. The charge key app is also an inconvenience. Everyday I needed to give valet my phone to store and retrieve the car.
