Pick up and drop off was very easy! I will definitely rent from these folks again, everything was very convenient.

The car made a rattling noise the entire time, smelled like smoke, wasnt a full tank at pickup and the passenger side window/sunroof didnt go down. But the reason im giving a 3 stars is because Turo prompted me for check in so I completed all asked uploads of pics exterior and interior then it said completed and gave me confirmation for check in. I then decided to drive to gas station since it wasnr filled up and started receiving threatening text messages from car host asking for 21 pics to upload when TURO prompts NONE of that. I uploaded 54 photos and texted to his phone but when someone is driving you dont ever text" PULL OVER NOW AND TAKE PICS" if the car wasnt ready for pickup it shouldnt have been there nor turo prompting. I really wish I didnt have to leave this but idk why the HOST did not update requirements at check in vs the nasty text. I wouldn't rent from him again
