The car was brand new low mileage so that was great! only hiccup was the radio had a slight glitch far as the Bluetooth connection but turning the car off for 5 mins and restarting it the problem was fixed also the host offered another vehicle in case it didn’t work out for us. Overall his response was right on time with arrival and departure I would definitely rent again
Thank you for your feedback. This vehicle is a 2025 model with only 2,000 miles, so everything is in excellent condition. I believe the issue you experienced was related to connecting the Bluetooth, not a glitch with the system itself. I’m always available to walk guests through setup if needed, and I appreciate your understanding.
