Car was great. Pick up and drop off was easier than I anticipated. They were very nice. Would definitely book this car again!!! Thank you for letting me rent your car!!! God bless!

Host was nice but not communicative or professional enough. Showed up an hour and a half late with no apology or offer to compensate that time that I paid for. Didn't provide a reason until arrival and didn't keep me updated. Simply said was running late and on the way, which was a 20 minute drive. I finally asked for an ETA over an hour later and she was still 15 minutes away. Come to find out, she had a last minute rental she decided to take care of first even though I had already rented, but she didn't have a way to deliver both on time, so she decided to take away from me. Again, no apology and no offer for compensation, just wanted to blame things on her daughter. The check engine light is always on and there is a huge crack in the windshield. A few of her personal belongings are kept in the middle console, as well as some hair ties on the shifter. Other than that, the car works well. It is manual transmission and drives well, but I won't be renting from her again.

Fun car to drive. Host was extremely kind and very responsive. Car shows signs of a lot of wear and tear (broken windshield, check engine light on, stained seats) but overall had a great experience.
