Horrible experience. Booked the car for a month and it didn’t last 1 whole day before it broke down and then they tried to charge me for a tow to bring it back there then promised me to swap it out but when I got there they tried to charge me an extra $400 and I ended up leaving with no vehicle after sitting up there for hours.
It didn’t last one day because you crashed the vehicle causing a mechanical problem. We dispatched our tow truck to you FREE OF CHARGE. Drove you to your destination and offered a free swap. We didn’t charge you a penny, your account was delinquent from the past rental which you had an outstanding bill for.

Awesome hosts, they helped me while turo was on pure BS
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
