It was my first time renting an EV. Overall the car was good.
Before the trip it would have been better to have more information on what to expect for pickup, airport fees, and car details like license plate. It would have been less confusing on pickup if the color of the car in the app matched the color of the car.
Once on the trip, Anthony was responsive and fair about reimbursing an extra unexpected extra parking fee.
Sorry about the confusion but for the record everyone who rents the car has access to change the color in the app, so the reason the car was another color in the app was because of the previous person chose gold. All and all hope to do business again with you!
