Thanks for the feedback! And you’re correct. Noticed the brakes seemed worn when it was picked up and took it straight to the mechanic. We apologize for that hiccup. The brakes seemed ok before your trip. We hope this wont negatively impact choosing us in the future

We apologize for the low tire pressure issue. Tire pressures tend to fluctuate in extreme temperature situations. With it being 100 degrees one day then down to the 70’s at night, a slight change in pressure can trigger the warning light. Glad to hear your experience was positive overall. First time using Turo since I’ve moved here from NY. This was the easiest, and most convenient process! From the pick up, to the vehicle itself. Makes me want to trade my Terrain in. Will definitely be renting again, thank you!
