Easy pick up and drop off, very smooth car

The service provided through this app is very convenient, while being exceptionally smooth and accurate throughout the process of pick up and drop off. If I had one complaint..it would be in regard to checking the vehicle back in. The app did not give notification that the car was returned on time, prompting a warning message of possible late fees. My only concern is that when the system glitches as such, how are things rectified in a way that reflects authenticity, protecting the client from the burden of the consequences.
