Car quality was fine, drop off was on time, I didn't need to contact the host during my usage, but he was responsive before and after my trip. My only suggestion for improvement is to wipe down the crevices to remove dirt and leaves in the trunk and gas cap. And a wipe down of the windows with rainex would have been nice.
