First and foremost, I want to thank Honey and AJ for being an awesome duo for my friends and I with our visit to Seattle Washington! Thank you Honey for being able to communicate fast and effectively when you could! Before renting this car out, I knew what year and how old this car was and the pros and cons from the other reviewers.
THE PROS:
IT RUNS!:
-Obviously it needs to run, but given the year and the miles this bad boy had! WHOO!! it got us around forsure! Plus other turo renters on this site don’t really care for their cars at all so I'm grateful we got ours well maintained for what it was.
-You can’t go wrong with a Toyota or Honda. A well maintained engine will run incredibly well especially with high miles.
IT’S NOT ATTRATICTIVE!:
-And thats PERFECT! In big cities like Seattle, we were concerned about the potential theft activities if we ever parked in a dense and populated area. This car blended really well and it made it one less thing to worry about.
THE CONS:
HEADLIGHTS
-Although this car served us well, I will have to say that the headlights weren’t up to par with other vehicles. These headlights may be standard but unfortunately they restrict visibility with how far out you can see. Definitely a minor upgrade to invest in.
KEYFOB
-When we got it the keyfob wasn’t functional during our time there but it wasn’t a deal breaker at all. I personally like locking my vehicles physically BUT this could definitely be brought up with other renters ion the future.
This car was definitely a working car and served us the entire week we visited. Other reviewers may find a couple things annoying but I found it Nostalgic with my first car so I enjoyed every imperfection! Loved it! Other minor things like the gas cap unlocking wasn’t worthy of a con because its simple 2 second fix. Get over it. All in all, Awesome car!!
PERSONAL NOTE:
I will say that the COMMUNICATION between staff was incredibly fast! 10/10. Honestly in a city we felt foreign in, I’d rather have our communication be prioritized over any of the cons we’ve listed just in case of any emergency. Shout out to Honey for guiding us through the process of the links that were sent and helping us with questions! Very warm and welcoming! With my research with other TURO renters, you're NOT gonna get any better communication from this team. 10/10 would rent from these guys again! If I’m ever coming back I’m grabbing this baby again!

Car works beautifully but had no idea the headlights were so dim and didn’t work fully to cover the road. Looked as if the lights weren’t installed correctly leaving a huge gap to not be able to see the cars 2 car lengths in front of me.
As well as the high beams were non functional, making heading home a drastic safety issue.

We service all of our cars with OEM spec parts. The headlights are exactly how they should be. Granted when comparing with a 2026 model with LED lights this will be dimmer. But that’s because of the difference in technology with a new car versus a 17 year old vehicle. We do have newer cars if interested for your next reservation. Thanks again for choosing us.
Great gas mileage, runs great, very nice/professional/communicative owners, older car but has aux cord and doesn’t even feel like it’s an older car. Great experience tysm! Super easy process overall!

I usually give my stars based on the customer service overall. I don’t necessarily care if the car isn’t new or pristine. For me getting to car was easy enough, even for me who had never been to Seatac airport and didn’t realize how big it was. Super easy and convenient to lock and unlock car with the link they sent. Super responsive. Car had a full gas. I knew about the parking fee, which it usually is so I know I am paying for the convenience. I did pick an older car which I don’t care about. Ran great, zero mechanical issues. However, there was a leftover soda can left under the seat (which tells me it was cleaned cleaned before me or maybe was just missed). The car also smelled like smoke or maybe it’s just old. But it had that smoky smell. It was clean for the most part but it does have small imperfections that just come with old cars, this was the 2009 Toyota Camry. Just mentioning not as a complaint but rather in case someone else cares about that kind of stuff. Other than that I would definitely rent from them again and maybe would go for a newer model. Thank you!
