Guest had phone key but didn't know how to use it and never picked up the car. I believed the car was picked up and didn't check my messages and cancelled it after talking to the guest. Guest could have called turo and reached out to me by calling but Turo punishes hosts whenever possible. I believe that this feedback about me cancelling is wrong considering the circumstances.
