The car was great- easy to drive and felt nicer than my Prius. The only thing that I had trouble with was the car charger-it charged my phone only very slightly -would recommend they add other plugs to avoid for others, but besides this the car was perfect! This model drives very smoothly and feels like a quite safe car! Grateful I was able to rent for a road trip to Joshua Tree!

Poor communication from host at beginning and end of trip
This guest had repeated issues following instructions and created confusion regarding his own booking time and date, then attempted to blame us for it. The vehicle was also returned nearly empty, and after the proper refueling charge was submitted through Turo policy, he left a retaliatory review. We remained professional and helpful throughout the trip despite the difficult experience.
