Good, but charge doesn’t last long
Guest complained about the battery range and stated that the battery does not last. However, this issue is not related to us as the host. Battery range and charging depend heavily on how the vehicle is driven and the use of features such as the heater and A/C. We also notify all guests about the charging policy through messaging prior to the trip and explain it again at pickup. Despite this, the vehicle was returned with less charge and the charging costs were disputed. Future hosts may want to

Good car. Good host. Will definitely rent again. Needs cigarette lighter fixed. But overall 10/10!

The cigarette lighter didn’t work and the car battery wasn’t good and charged slow
The guest complained that the cigarette lighter wasn’t working and asked for compensation. However, this vehicle has two fully functional USB ports that were available for charging throughout the trip. Since the vehicle provided working charging options and everything operated as expected, compensation was not warranted. Additionally, charging times for a Tesla vary depending on the charger used, so the longer charging duration he experienced was normal.

Overall, my experience with both the vehicle and the owners was very pleasant. The owner was responsive and attentive to my questions and concerns, which I really appreciated. The only downsides were the frequent need to charge the Tesla and the lingering smell of marijuana inside the car, which air fresheners didn’t quite eliminate. Aside from those issues, everything else was great, and I would still give the experience an A+ overall. I would definitely rent from them again.
