Fantastic experience from start to finish. The Tesla was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a week of traveling around North Carolina. Pickup and return at RDU were easy, the car performed great throughout the trip, and communication with the host was excellent. I’d absolutely rent again on a future trip.

First, I want to say thank you for allowing me to use your beautiful car. It was my first time driving a Tesla, and I honestly enjoyed the experience. It definitely has me leaning more toward purchasing one myself.
I did want to point out a few things I noticed during my time with the vehicle that seemed to have been present before I received it.
I noticed that some of the fluid levels appeared to be low, and the tire repair notification kept popping up. It also seems like the vehicle may be due for some service.
I also noticed some damage to the rear passenger-side seat belt. My son got stuck trying to get out of the seat a few times because of it.
Overall, I really enjoyed my weekend with your vehicle, and I appreciate you trusting me with it. I just wanted to make you aware of the things I noticed so you could have them looked at.
