Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the vehicle inside and out. Informed host of the condition the night of pick up. Also was given incorrect parking number so time was wasted looking for car and ended up having to pay more than what was stated to park.

Car did great. As a first time Turo user I would have felt a little better with full details up front to know what the processes were. I wound up going back to the car not realizing I was supposed to upload the pics as part of the checkout process (also new to me). The car was great though. Exactly what I wanted.
