Rally great experience with Jamie and his Mazda. It is a nice car, very clean, nice leather, rides well. Really good on gas. Pickup/drop off location was easy to find and convenient. I would definitely rent again!

The car was clean, the process was quick and easy, and Jamie was friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

Host made me pay $68.25 of airport parking charges to start. That got reimbursed, but they went out of Turo and paid me via Venmo which is against Turo policies. No customer should be required to pay that much in parking fees up front, even if reimbursed.
This car has no navigation capabilities at all! A phone will not connect to the system. Makes it extremely hard to navigate because I have to constantly use my phone. It was not advertised this way and when I reached out to the host they literally told me I’m not allowed to disagree. I would not rent from them again.
Car itself was fine except lack of any navigation.
Wow, very sorry for your bad day. We notified you 2 days before your rental that we had to drop the car off @airport early b/c we were heading out for the weekend and would reimburse you directly for the parking overage. In our experience on incidentals like this, guest's prefer Venmo more than trying to get money back from Turo. Also we asked you if it was ok and you said yes and gave us your Venmo.
Also listing does not advertise Nav or Carplay. Glad the car was fine otherwise. Peace to you.
