Pick up and drop off was easy. Last minute booking and host replied fast. Used for a long unexpected trip. Car worked great with no problems.

This was the worst experience.
There were mechanical issues, the car has an issue with the wheel bearing, wheel was shaking as I accelerated to a top speed of 65MPH, I had siblings with me and they felt uncomfortable. I was just disappointed in the ride and the car needs to have maintenance done to it.

Pickup location was solid. Car ran well too! I wasn’t a huge fan of the smell, I suppose it’s the car freshener, but that wasn’t bothersome after a minute or so.
The exterior and interior were relatively clean - it’s a white car so don’t expect it to “show” well unless you have it washed.
This perfectly fit my needs of a short trip to northern VA. Comfortable to drive, great MPGs, and it seems well maintained! I would rent from Jimin again.
